### Structure Every Email With:
1. **Subject line** — curiosity, benefit, or personalization (not both at once)
2. **Opening line** — personal, specific, no "I hope this email finds you well"
3. **One point** — one topic per email, always
4. **One CTA** — never two
5. **Signature** — real person, title, reply-friendly
